The filter elements of the alluvial filter, of original Padovan design:
- They are flat and non-deformable;
- They allow a high drainage flow during filtration and prepanel formation and a complete and thorough cleaning during washing, even under the filtration cloth;
- They consist of an AISI 304 stainless steel sheet provided with a series of reliefs obtained by drawing on which the AISI 316L filter cloth with 65-micron mesh rests.
A qualifying feature is the absence of the drainage grid, a source of pollution. The motorization for the rotation of the filter elements is equipped with hydraulic coupling. The Greenfilter is equipped with a flow divider that prevents the formation of eddies and abnormal currents at both low and high liquid flow rates.
