In order to preserve the characteristics of liquid foods over time, it is necessary to inactivate by pasteurisation the micro-organisms and enzymes naturally present, or introduced during processing.

Padovan’s TMCI Flash Pasteurisation systems meet today’s needs for maximum safety and minimum product alterations according to the HTST principle (high temperature for short commitment time) guaranteeing

  • High heat exchange coefficient;
  • Low fouling coefficient;
  • Ease and speed of cleaning and maintenance;
  • Possibility of extension or transformation.

Plates: in AISI 316 stainless steel, or titanium, available in various sizes and models, including the free-flow type. Gaskets: in nitrile rubber, silicone, EPDM, Viton, or other material suitable for the process conditions. Frame: stainless steel.
