The A5 series module consists of a replaceable core of 69 tubes each 6 mm in diameter inserted into a stainless steel housing.
The module uses our specially developed PVDF ultrafiltration membranes suitable for a variety of different process conditions. Three different separations are available: 20k Dalton, 100k Dalton and nominal cut-off of 200k Dalton, although actual performance also depends on operating conditions.
The compact design gives the module high strength, allowing operating pressures of 10 bar at temperatures up to 60°C.
The module is available as standard in 1.83 m, 3.05 m or 3.66 m lengths, providing membrane areas of 2.34 m 2 , 3.97 m 2 or 4.76 m 2 , respectively.
