CONTINUOUS TARTARIC STABILISATION FOR WINE – K-STOP

The plant is manufactured in models with capacities from 2 to 20 T/hour (higher capacities on request). The scraped evaporator or plate heat exchanger cooling section allows the product to be rapidly brought to a temperature close to the freezing point, resulting in instantaneous crystal formation. Models from 4 to 20 T /h, are managed by a PLC integrated in the electrical panel for automatic control of the phases of: filling – stabilisation – washing The plant is built on request with “PED” testing for processing sparkling wines.

The system provides for continuous measurement of the conductivity of the output product after treatment and automatic recycling if the set values are not reached. The plant is also equipped with cyclones for continuous separation of the crystals formed.

Cooling takes place either by direct gas evaporation or with a glycol solution.
