Monobloc structures for smaller installations and modular configurations for larger installations, can be proposed with different thermal cycles: Pasteurisation Tunnel, Cooling Tunnel, Heating Tunnel.
The self-supporting structure containing the process tanks and distribution piping is made of stainless steel, single-storey or multi-storey for larger areas.
