The plant consists of:
Aromatised Syrup/Wine mixing zone provided by magnetic or mass flow meters depending on configuration, and associated feed pumps.
Mixing system via static mixer downstream of the flow meters.
Carbonation unit via CO2 injector and magnetic or mass flow meter depending on configuration. Carbonation and dwell tank.
Filler and CIP interface existing via digital signals or BUS & NET.
Send pump to the filler and integrated CIP return.
The Premixes are built in a compact monobloc configuration, and are all equipped with a PLC for recipe selection. In-line Brix and CO2 control on request.
