CONCENTRATOR

COMPANY: ZANLORENZI SÃO MARCOS

PRODUCT TO BE MADE

Grape juice

We started with a used machine, which was completely disassembled and overhauled in its entirety:

We carried out:

  • Change of the first effect chamber: due to the poor condition of the existing one.
  • Hydraulic tests were carried out in the chambers to verify that there were no leaks in the tube axes (critical parts of the steam-product interaction).
  • All the inlets necessary for the subsequent pipe layout were made, such as steam inlets, condensate outlets, non-condensate outlets, product outlet adaptation, recirculation, etc.
  • All pipes were manufactured from 0 with a respective 3D drawing, which allowed us to facilitate their manufacture.
  • The legs of the structure were extended to be able to lift the machine in its entirety for better operation.
  • The entire structure was de-galvanised and galvanised, as it is the only element that is not made of stainless steel, and to this end surface treatments were performed on the steel to ensure its long life without any loss of material quality.
  • Pre-assembly of the entire machine was carried out for correct manufacture and connection of the machine and to avoid difficulties when assembling the machine at the customer’s premises.

Last but not least, all the necessary insulation was put in place to increase energy efficiency and avoid any kind of inconvenience during production, as the surface finish given to the sheet metal is very fragile to impact.
