MICROFILTRATION FOR WINE, GRAPE JUICE AND SPIRITS

Microfiltration plants for wine, grape juice and spirits, from 10 to 500 hl/h, automatic or manual, are made of AISI 316 Stainless Steel and strictly comply with the strictest hygiene criteria. Different types of valves allow each individual housing to be excluded in order to allow filtration while the other stage is washing. To conduct CIP and thermal sterilization operations, they are equipped with 1- or 2-stage filtration line for service water.

The system’s preset values, which are periodically recorded, are constantly monitored automatically, and if they do not comply, the operator is immediately alerted by an acoustic device. The PLC, in automatic versions, through the easy-to-use and read screen, manages all process stages and allows interfacing with other equipment within the production site.
