Technical Description.
Horizontal pneumatic side diaphragm press certified according to the current European Directive, with closed AISI 304 stainless steel tank. High drainage efficiency thanks to numerous mirror-polished channels arranged on the inner surface of the tank. Simplified cleaning operations thanks to a quick assembly and disassembly system. Manual opening/closing large double door with mechanical safety stop. Pressing membrane made of plastic material suitable for food contact that can be fully inflated even in the absence of product. Quick fastening system without holes on the membrane. Frame completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Electric panel and enclosures completely in stainless steel, complying with current European Directives. Machine equipped with inflation compressor and blower for membrane withdrawal. Side safety barriers and emergency mushroom for operator safety. The machine complies with the current European Directive.
Automation
The E-panel Touch-Screen operator interface has simple and intuitive graphics for easy access to programming pages. It allows management and programming of all the machine’s work cycles, monitoring of the processing in progress and the operating status of the press. 30 pressing programs are stored in the PLC, as well as the “Rocking” function for tank oscillation and intelligent MI.I.P. program to optimize cycle time.
