In the case of this concentrator, it was a matter of taking an existing concentrator and, given its sufficient construction condition for our production needs, a series of modifications were made to bring it to near-automatic operation, with the inclusion of various accessories, valves, sensors and an automated switchboard configuration that meets our quality standards.
In this machine, two used machines were purchased and the membranes were replaced with new ones; changes were made to the assembly of the membranes as they had different sizes and the centre distance of the membranes was changed.

Three-effect concentrator made with a single column structure, in which the three effects are combined in one internally divided cylinder for each chamber. This allows efficient use of space and transport.
