The filtration chamber is designed and constructed according to the European PED directive to filter liquids with the presence of gas (sparkling wines, beer, soft drinks) and to inject compressed gas into the flood filter during the process stages.
The filter elements, of original Padovan design, are flat and non-deformable; they allow high drainage flow during filtration and prepanel formation and complete and thorough cleaning during washing, even under the filtration cloth.
The filter elements consist of an AISI 304 stainless steel sheet provided with a series of reliefs obtained by drawing on which the AISI 316L filter cloth with 65-micron mesh rests. A qualifying feature is the lack of a drainage grid that is a potential source of pollution for the product. Models available from 5 to 80 square meters of surface area.
